Your account email, the websites you choose to monitor, the content Croxias retrieves from those websites on your behalf, and the reports and notifications Croxias generates.
Every website, snapshot, change, and report is scoped to your organization. Other Croxias customers cannot access your data, and you cannot access theirs.
Solely to operate the monitoring service: running your scheduled checks, generating reports, and sending the notifications you've enabled. We do not sell customer data.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Account deletion and data export tools are planned but not yet available in the product — contact us if you need this sooner.
Email notifications are sent via the SMTP provider you or we configure. No customer data is shared with analytics or advertising services.
