A background job fetches the page, hashes the content, and compares it to the last check. If a check fails, it's automatically retried before being marked as an outage.
Content changed, page removed, page came back, or the check failed — each gets its own type so you know at a glance what kind of change you're looking at.
Croxias turns the change into a plain-language report, with a line-level diff of exactly what was added or removed.
